- The grey text is an example, not your answer. In Purpose, Trigger and Outcome, click in and type your own. Purpose is required — Save & Generate stays grey without it.
- Takt showing "—"? The VSM and the Production Control box read customer demand and available minutes from the Value Compass. Set them there; the header updates itself.
- Kaizen owner list only shows "Needs owner"? Owners come from your RACI roles — add a role on the Process Card first.
(And one that used to trip people and shouldn't now: there is no Save button to hunt for on the Compass — it saves as you type. "Saved" by the field is the confirmation.)
