Sensei does not hold a position in the loop because it rides on the modules that do.
It is a thinking partner, not a decision-maker. It works a problem with you from your own map, your own takt and your own losses — the intake, the route, the fishbone, the why-chain — and every suggestion it makes is yours to accept, edit or throw out. It proposes; you decide. That is a design rule, not a disclaimer.
Because it reads the same data the maps produced, it stays inside the analysis you already did rather than starting a parallel one. The countermeasure it drafts arrives as a Kaizen card, which puts it back into move four where it belongs.
Use it when you are working alone and want the question you have not thought of, or when the team is stuck arguing about causes instead of testing them.
