Value–KPI Bridge

The Compass tells you where value is falling short. The Bridge turns that into somewhere to dig.
It takes the gaps and converts them into attackable numbers — ranked, so you are not choosing by instinct or by whoever spoke loudest in the meeting. Ranked matters more than complete: a long list of everything wrong is a way of doing nothing. A short list in order is a plan.
What it hands on is a starting point with a reason attached. The next move is see the flow, and it is expensive — mapping a process properly costs a room full of people a day of their time. The Bridge is what stops you spending that day on the wrong process. When the map comes back and says the losses are where the Bridge said they would be, that is the system agreeing with itself, and it is worth something.
